Jesus was homeless

Jesus was homeless, and that should be an encouragement to you. “Why should I be encouraged that the Son of God was homeless?” Well ambiguous-third-person-question-asker, it shows me that God was willing to go to the lowest person on the totem pole to be able to see things from their point of view. Most of us would agree the last thing in the would we would want to be is homeless. It seems like a hard life and a life with zero dignity, and God Himself lowered Himself to that. Now there are some that have taken on a crusade to be the champion for the homeless, because it is easy to be a champion of someone who can’t help themselves, and because it looks good to everyone else. Jesus felt for the homeless and downtrodden, not because it was trendy, but because he was one of them. “Now Rob that’s all well and good, but that doesn’t tell me why it should encourage me.” Oh, hi third-person-statement-maker, I didn’t know if you were still here. This should encourage you because God was willing to take on the needs of the lowliest of society. That means that He is willing to see things from everyone’s point of view. That means that God not only knows your needs, He identifies with them because he has felt them and continues to feel them. Doesn’t it make you feel better to know that the Almighty Creator of the Universe really does know exactly how you feel? It does me. What a great Father we have! Become the Target
